FACIAL CLEANSER

OEM & Private Label Face Cream

Face cream keeps the moisture in the skin which keeps it elastic. Moisture helps to prevent wrinkles, spots and other skin aging problems. It also acts as protective layers to fight against pollutions. If a product is non comedogeic, it will not block the pores or cause a skin breakout.

The main moisturizing effect of the cream comes from oil and moisturizer used in the formula. Oil mainly forms a film by covering the surface of the skin to reduce the loss of moisture. Generally, we refer to fats as emollients or sealers.

Ausmetics cream provides a dual anti-aging effect that stimulates the energy of the cells, promotes collagen synthesis, improves the texture and skin tone, making skins more delicate.

Soap-based Facial Cleanser

This chemical process of saponification means fatty acids made from using lye to treat vegetable and animal fats. What makes soap work is that it emulsifies oil and water. With soap, oil can be broken down to droplets that can be washed away by water.

Soap-based facial cleanser has the following features: rich texture, smooth and dense foam, strong cleaning ability, easy to rinse, and refreshing touch after use.

Products that are purely soap-based has a pH of 9-10. But our skin’s pH is around 5. This means soap is not gentle enough for most skins. It is easy to cause tightness and dryness after cleansing especially for people with fragile skins.

Amino Acid Facial Cleanser

Amino acid is recognized by skin experts because it is the most gentle facial cleanser. It is very effective while being skin-friendly with low irritation, which makes it suitable for sensitive skin. However, it doesn’t generate rich foam.

Amino acids play a important role in skin care. There are some types that come with specific benefits for skins:

  • Arginine: helps restore visible skin damage like scars and damage from sunburns.
  • Histidine: soothes the skin and has antioxidant properties, which helps keep the skin fresh and young.
  • Methionine: protect our skin from harsh chemical products we use daily, such as cleaning liquids, detergents, etc.
  • Lysine: strengthens the skin’s surface, making it more flexible and resilient to physical strains
  • Proline, leucine and glycine: smoothens fine lines and wrinkles

Above are just a handful of examples. Among all the amino acids, there are many types that will bring benefits to our skins.

Compound Facial Cleanser

Different surfactants work differently and have their own benefits. In order to develop a user-friendly facial cleanser, a balance between foaming, cleansing efficiency, and mildness is required. The method is compounding different surfactants.

For example: soap-based surfactants are fast to foam. With its dense and rich foam, soaps are easy to wash off, but will bring the dry feeling afterwards. By combing soaps with AES, we can make a product with rich foam, but with refreshing and moisturizing feeling.

Other types of surfactant compounds also have excellent synergistic effects. For example, the use of amino acid surfactants with soaps can reduce irritation; AES and APG with amino acid surfactants can solve the problem of weak foaming.

We can manufacture customized products based on your chosen ingredients and specific requirements.
