We conduct compatibility test for the reason that as time goes by, the formula liquid will have an impact on the package materials. In order to make sure our formula is safe with the package, our QA department will do compatibility tests to observe the appearance, scent, and any changes of the package in 7 days, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks respectively, under specific test conditions.

To ensure the best quality, we conduct tests on packages to detect problems such as leakage. Usually our QA Department will spend 48 hours on the test. Volume is also checked to assure enough formula liquid is filled to match with that stated on the labels.

- You can order 2 SKUs with the same package bottles but different labels, which means effectively 5,000 pcs for each product.
- Order 10,000 pcs but choose to deliver the first 5,000 pcs, the remaining 5,000 pcs to be delivered later within 2 months.
5. RAW MATERIAL SOURCING
Ausmetics cooperates with internationally renowned raw material and fragrance companies, such as BASF, Symrise, DOW, DSM, Seppic, AkzoNobel, IFF, and Givaudan. We have strict safety requirements on all raw materials imported from the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan, Australia, Spain, West Africa, Europe, and many other regions; all raw materials come with MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet), COA (Component Analysis) and other inspection reports. Meanwhile, Ausmetics has a powerful CM database system, which stores complete and comprehensive supplier information across the country. This allows prompt replies on queries of various styles of packaging materials. Ausmetics replies sample inquiries quicker than counterparts, and sample inquiries are generally answered within 3 days. The lead time for general-purpose plastic bottles, hoses, and glass is 25 days, and that of special process is 35 days. At the same time, Ausmetics provides a variety of design options for customized packaging materials, including labels, screen printing, and hot stamping.
